• Develop and implement property budget.
• Record keeping and reporting.
• Ensure timely rent collections.
• Handle late notices and evictions.
• Monitor cost control procedures.
• Oversee maintenance, customer service, and vendor relations.
• Hire, train, and manage staff.
• Execute lease practices and marketing outreach.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
