Job Description

11 Residential, a leading property management company in the Western US, is seeking a talented Property Manager to oversee Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments in Pocatello, ID. As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining property occupancy, increasing revenue, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing property operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain property occupancy and effectively market to attract new residents.
• Approve lease applicants and evaluate market conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Oversee property reporting, budget compliance, and operations.
• Conduct Human Resources functions and assist other properties as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• 2-5 years of property management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and Yardi software proficiency.
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000.
