Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health in a full-time position during afternoons. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires providing the best possible images for interpretation while ensuring patient and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following patient identification and physician orders.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and follow quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with radiation protection principles.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Must be registered with ARRT within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
