Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our passionate team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a designated geographic area. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, participating in assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care, and supervising support staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and implementation.
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Nursing License.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication with patients and staff.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
