Responsibilities

• Contribute to weekly meetings with respective business units and offer HR guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
• Manage team member relations and conduct thorough investigations.
• Stay knowledgeable of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide performance management guidance and enhance work relationships.
• Offer HR policy guidance, implement training plans, and support restructuring and succession planning.
• Collaborate on innovative recruitment and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience resolving complex team member issues.
• Proficiency in HR disciplines, compensation practices, and employment laws.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of software such as Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $80K - $90K plus bonus
