Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of home-based catastrophic injury and rehabilitation care. As the Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will collaborate with management to align business objectives with team members, ensuring effective HR strategies and support across our service lines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
• Resolve complex team member relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement people initiatives, compensation analysis, and workforce planning.
• Optimize organizational design and support recruitment and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year

Work Experience

• 5-7 years resolving team member relations issues
• 3-5 years in a strategic HR role preferred
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and employment laws

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite
• Ability to interpret data and drive business results

Working Conditions

• Monday-Friday office hours with occasional flexibility required
• Physical demands may include lifting and prolonged computer use
