Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team at Centria Autism. In this role, you will work closely with management and team members across our service lines to align business objectives, provide HR guidance, and drive value-added services within your regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, including resolving complex team member relations issues, expertise in various HR disciplines, and a strategic mindset to optimize organizational design and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and programs.
  • Resolve team member relations issues and ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage performance, coaching, and development activities.
  • Identify and address training needs and business restructuring opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification within one year of employment.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on team member relations and strategic HR roles.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, performance management, and employment laws.

Working Conditions

This full-time position may require occasional flexibility in hours to support different time zones. Physical requirements include bending, reaching, and periods of standing or sitting.
