Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will align business objectives with team members and management across our service lines, ensuring the delivery of value-added services that align with overall business goals. As the Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will maintain business literacy, manage complex team member relations, analyze trends, and provide strategic HR guidance to enhance performance and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly meetings with business units to advise on HR matters.
- Analyze HR metrics to develop effective solutions and policies.
- Resolve complex team member relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management.
- Identify training needs and participate in training program evaluations.
- Implement company-wide people initiatives and compensation analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- PHR/SHRM Certified Professional or ability to obtain certification within one year.
- 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on team member relations.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, compensation, and employment laws.
Skills and Requirements
- Ability to interpret data and HR analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
