Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Waterville, ME. The position requires working the 3p-11p shift and providing exceptional patient care alongside a team of healthcare providers. Qualified candidates should have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with other personnel to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care practices and clinical interventions.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Promote patient independence and establish care goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a Long-Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• LPN degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, physical, and TB test.
• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact (multi-state) license.
