Job Description
The University of Vermont Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team. As a Staff Nurse II in the EP lab, you will provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing EP procedures, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, deliver direct patient care, provide instructions, and ensure continuity of care post-discharge.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing EP procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Deliver direct patient care and education.
- Prepare patients for continuing care after discharge.
- May take charge as operational needs require.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Vermont.
- Proven experience in providing nursing care in a clinical setting.
