Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg unit at Elizabethtown Community Hospital. The unit consists of 25 beds, with the capability for 8 Telemetry beds. Our team collaborates to provide care for patients in Observation status, those who are acutely ill, and swing patients in need of rehabilitation. As part of our team, you will work closely with RNs, LPNs, CA's, and a dietary assistant, fostering a teamwork mentality. Nurses typically have a patient ratio of 1:5, while CA's may have 6-7 patients. Our experienced leadership team values open communication and aims to support your professional growth in the healthcare field.

Incentives

External candidates may be eligible for a one-time signing bonus of up to $10,000 (prorated for part-time positions). Additionally, a relocation package of $9,200 (pro-rated for part-time roles) is available for relocating applicants.
