Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse - Operating Room to join our team at Denver Health. As part of our Operating Room department, you will provide critical care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in need.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and families on health promotion and aftercare.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1 year of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
