Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)-Float, Nights to join Denver Health's Nursing Staffing Office. As a vital member of the Float Pool, you will provide high-quality care across various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address the health needs of individuals, families, and communities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Administer nursing care, medication, and treatments to patients.
• Promote a positive patient experience and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Post-High School Diploma or Certificate Program.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Active RN-Registered Nurse license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
