Job Description
We are looking for passionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position involves providing exceptional patient care with a focus on home health services in the Las Vegas area. Qualified candidates with Ventilator, G Tube, and Tracheostomy experience are encouraged to apply. SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!
As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to create your own flexible schedule, with options for same-day or weekly pay. You will be responsible for providing in-home infusions, administering specialty pharmacy therapies, and coordinating nursing care in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to patients requiring intravenous therapy in home or alternate settings.
- Expert in accessing and maintaining SPC/PIV, CVAD, SCIG, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Administer various infusion therapies and injectables in the home care setting.
- Coordinate care planning with the Director of Nursing and administer appropriate clinical decisions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific differences in patient population and ensure safe patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of one-year recent infusion experience.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Current PPD and CPR certification required.
