Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg to join our team at Atrium Health in Macon, Georgia. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, facilitating patient outcomes, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, working with a diverse patient population on a medical-surgical nursing floor.
• Act as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting wellness and providing emotional support.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Georgia.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
• Desire to grow professionally and participate in ongoing education.
