Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be providing exceptional care to patients with the Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, focusing on physical, psychosocial, safety, and security needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Execute specialized tasks and procedures catering to patient needs.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct and document diagnostic testing and treatments.

Requirements

• Graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Capability to execute prescribed patient care tasks and procedures.
• Adherence to guidelines and policies for patient care and safety.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
