Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an RN on the pediatric hematology/oncology & bone marrow transplant unit at Levine Children's Hospital, you will provide direct patient care and support daily operations to ensure the highest quality of services and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise nursing personnel, facilitate communication, and promote teamwork.
• Evaluate patient progress, administer treatments, and manage patient flow for optimal care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competency and contribute to nursing service improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN licensure.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, BSN required.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to concentrate in a fast-paced environment.
