Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)-SANE to join our team at Denver Health. As an essential part of our SANE Program, you will provide high-quality care to healthcare consumers, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals, families, and communities to identify health or safety problems.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Monitor and report symptoms, vital signs, and patient condition changes.
• Develop and modify patient care plans.
• Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate and provide patient care.
• Supervise nursing personnel and educate individuals and families on health maintenance.
• Administer nursing care, medications, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• One year of experience in direct patient care preferred.
• BLS and RN licenses required.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use, patient care, and effective communication.
• Knowledge of growth and development principles, emergency response, and medical documentation.
