Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of the nursing units. Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Nursing and ensure compliance with Genesis policies and procedures.
- Lead, guide, and direct nursing staff to provide high-quality care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes.
- Participate in recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and staff development activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
