Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Care Unit

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Care Unit at Rutland Regional Medical Center. The RN will advocate for patients of all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care and achieve optimal outcomes. The role involves holistic patient care in collaboration with families and the healthcare team, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Vermont.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in acute-care nursing.
• Basic computer skills.

Compensation

Competitive pay scale ranging from $32.57 to $55.09 per hour.
