Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide critical care to end-stage renal disease patients, offering urgent treatment with a focus on improving patient outcomes. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers the opportunity to work day shifts from 5:00am to 1:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and state-of-the-art care to patients in the Renal Dialysis Program.
- Provide clinical direction to staff members and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously expand knowledge, skills, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license; Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specific applications.
