Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to end-stage renal disease patients. Our program offers innovative and urgent treatments in a welcoming and state-of-the-art environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Care for a variety of complex patients, focusing on professional growth and improving patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff members and ensure quality care delivery during shifts.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Training program approval by CMS guidelines required prior to operating the water treatment system.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and outlook.
