JOB SUMMARY: The Renal Dialysis Program at Grace Medical Center offers innovative treatment for end-stage renal disease patients, focusing on delivering state-of-the-art care in a warm environment. The clinic operates Monday to Saturday, providing acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide competent and proficient care for complex patients.
- Develop professional growth to enhance patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction and patient care supervision in adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience desired.
- Completion of training program for water treatment system operation.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and medical center-specific applications.
