Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part-time position with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse in our innovative Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. This position involves clinical patient care, staff direction, and adherence to healthcare regulations to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient nursing care to a variety of complex patients.
- Deliver clinical direction to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred CNN or CDN certification.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
