Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Working in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt, state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment. Your duties will include providing clinical patient care, offering clinical direction to staff members, and adhering to healthcare policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to complex patients.
- Offer clinical direction and supervision to staff members.
- Comply with healthcare policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
