Renal Registered Nurse - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will provide crucial care to end-stage renal disease patients in our innovative Renal Dialysis Program. As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver state-of-the-art treatment in a warm and welcoming environment, including care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and patient care for a shift of renal patients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Expand knowledge and skills to improve patient outcomes.
• Supervise staff and maintain a high standard of care.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired.
