Job Summary
Our Renal Dialysis Program at Grace Medical Center focuses on delivering state-of-the-art treatment for patients with renal diseases. As a Registered Nurse in this program, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical direction to staff members, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for end-stage renal disease patients.
- Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of clinical services.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to staff members.
- Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
