Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Residential Floating Therapist to join ColumbiaCare Services, Inc., and make a difference in the mental health field. In this role, you will provide clinical services for individuals affected by severe mental illness in a residential treatment setting. You will also offer supervision for Residential Associates and oversee training activities. The position involves conducting Mental Health Assessments, Treatment Plans, and providing clinical consultation. Additionally, crisis de-escalation training and emergency accessibility are essential aspects of this role. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Compensation
You can expect to earn between $6,250 - $7,250 per month, based on DOE/Credentials. An additional 5% Language Differential is offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates. Unlicensed therapists and those with a Professional Oregon Mental Health License fall within specific pay scales.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Completion of TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical capabilities including sitting, talking, listening, and physical tasks up to 30 pounds.
