Residential Floating Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Residential Floating Therapist to join ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. In this role, you will provide clinical services for our Fairview Firs SRTF residential program while also offering Zoom-based services statewide. As a Residential Floating Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering clinical services to individuals impacted by severe and persistent mental illness, overseeing Residential Associates, conducting mental health assessments, and providing clinical oversight to facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services in a residential treatment setting.
• Supervise Residential Associates and ensure quality care.
• Conduct mental health assessments and treatment planning.
• Offer clinical oversight and consultation to staff and community providers.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Eligibility for QMHP registration.
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks and crisis de-escalation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

• $6,250 - $7,250 per month salary range.
