Job Description

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join Arby's team at location 7394. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence, leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring a positive and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members to ensure the successful operation of the restaurant, focusing on People, Profitability, and Operations.
• Provide strong leadership and set an example of excellent customer service for the team.
• Ensure compliance with Arby's and company policies, as well as state regulations.
• Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision, following HR policies and laws.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly, working with vendors to maintain a positive relationship.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fast-food restaurant management, preferably 2+ years.
• 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire for personal and professional growth.
• Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States with a valid driver's license.
• Pass background check.
