Retail Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager of Visual Merchandising to join our dynamic team at L.L.Bean's store in Burlington, MA. In this role, you will drive business results, develop talent, and ensure the delivery of the legendary L.L.Bean customer experience for the outdoor lifestyle concept. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising plans, ensuring timely floor sets, and promoting the brand's core values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the team does the same.
• Drive consistent priorities in visual merchandising.
• Execute merchandise plans and seasonal floor set directives accurately and on time.
• Contribute to employee recruitment, training, and development.
• Promote and lead the Learn, Try, Buy, and Enjoy experience.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree with at least 3+ years of retail experience.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and business acumen.
• Leadership capabilities with a focus on employee development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
