Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at University Store located in Mesa, Arizona. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales by processing donated merchandise for sale across our store locations.
Responsibilities
- Process and price merchandise to meet sales targets and department quotas.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, following guidelines for floorwork and stocking.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any hazards promptly.
- Demonstrate Goodwill Core Values in daily tasks and interactions.
- Participate in cross-training and flexibility in department assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as needed.
