Job Description
We are looking to hire a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Reset Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in rearranging store products according to a new plan. Your responsibilities will include stocking, following planograms, communicating with store personnel, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform store tasks in a cost-effective manner.
- Report completed retail tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and follow sales objectives.
- Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
- Participate in team tasks and maintain compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; prior retail experience preferred.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
- Access to reliable transportation and basic tools.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance if using a personal vehicle for work.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment with some travel and early morning projects.
