Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis at CROSSMARK. You will represent nationally distributed products for our esteemed clients within various convenience and retail stores. Your role will involve executing strategic business plans to promote our client's brands while fostering professional relationships with store personnel. This position offers competitive pay with flexible, stable hours and bonus incentives based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote new and featured items to secure shelf placement.
- Create attractive product displays to drive sales.
- Establish and maintain positive connections with store management and staff.
- Ensure compliance with pricing and signage guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations for ordering.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong computer skills are required; training provided for Tablet and Scanner use.
- Access to a mobile device and the internet on a daily basis.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 60lbs.
- Reliable transportation for material transportation is necessary.
