Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to oversee and manage retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and timely execution of projects by leading and training a team, conducting in-store audits, and engaging with clients to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team to execute projects effectively.
- Conduct in-store audits and assist with project completion.
- Direct project work including reading planograms, unloading trucks, and installing fixtures.
- Plan project strategies, allocate resources, and make necessary modifications.
- Manage project expectations, evaluate team performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology and software tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or related retail experience.
- Valid driver's license.
