Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in the Telemetry unit.
- Participate in the Nurse Residency Program to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Prior clinical experience is a plus but not required.
- Passion for learning, growth, and providing exceptional patient care.
