Job Description

Alliance Nursing is seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. Day shifts are available every day, while night shifts are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our private duty nursing services cater to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care. As part of our team, you will utilize your nursing expertise to deliver compassionate care and interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes.
• Maintain professional standards in documentation and communication.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State RN or LPN license.
• Multi-State License from a participating Compact State (optional).
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
