We are looking for a compassionate and skilled RN Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient-Surgical Specialty Clinics team at Denver Health. As a Registered Nurse in our ambulatory care services, you will provide comprehensive patient care and education to individuals of all ages in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Participate in goal-setting and care coordination with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support clinic team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and prepare them for examinations and treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment usage and patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of EPIC documentation preferred.
