Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in all stages of the automated systems life cycle, from design to installation and ongoing support. This position involves maintaining robotics systems in the dairy industry, performing biweekly maintenance on multiple systems, regular equipment checks, and adhering to set maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain robotics systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all systems, including weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set shift work hours with occasional on-call requirements.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skills for maintenance tasks.
• Have a mechanical mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Comfortable working with chemicals.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
