Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for a skilled Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in all aspects of our automated systems, from design and development to installation and support. By understanding the advantages of our systems, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our robotics systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Execute weekly brush changes for optimal system performance.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours and possibly work occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skills for performing maintenance tasks.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience with PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiarity with working with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 Annually
