The role involves directing fixed asset inventory, analyzing ROI, participating in budget planning, and demonstrating effective leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with ten years of related experience. Cost Accounting expertise and fluency in Japanese are essential. CPA certification and experience with SAP S4 HANA are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Become the CADIOS subject matter expert.
• Investigate material transaction variances.
• Collaborate with Japan on production cost management.
• Direct fixed asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI and participate in budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Ten years of related experience.
• Cost Accounting and Cost Management expertise.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• CPA certification (preferred).
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA (advantageous).
