Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for managing production costs. Fluency in Japanese is required.
- Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
- Assist departments in analyzing ROI on projects and verifying post-completion.
- Contribute to the annual budget planning by developing budgets for labor and other assigned costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
