In this role, you will play a vital part in managing production costs, working closely with the CADIOS system, and collaborating with teams in Japan. Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS system.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with teams in Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
• Oversee Fixed Asset inventory planning and management.
• Assist departments in analyzing ROI on new projects.
• Participate in budget planning by developing labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
