Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, investigate monthly variances, handle material transactions, and work closely with the team in Japan to manage production costs. Fluency in Japanese is essential for effective collaboration. You will also play a key role in directing fixed asset inventory, analyzing ROI on new projects, and participating in the budget planning process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least six years of experience in cost accounting and management. CPA certification and proficiency in SAP S4 HANA are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage monthly variances.
• Work with the team in Japan to optimize production costs.
• Direct fixed asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
• Participate in the budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of six years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
