Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience, TOYOTI1 is dedicated to innovation, quality, and performance. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, and work closely with our team in Japan. Fluency in Japanese is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Become the expert on CADIOS and investigate monthly variances.
- Collaborate with our team in Japan to optimize production costs through CADIOS.
- Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in budget planning processes and develop annual budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
