TOYOTI1 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Cost Analyst proficient in both English and Japanese to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing cost management, budget planning, and financial analysis to drive efficiency and profitability within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in CADIOS as the subject matter expert.
• Investigate monthly variances in material transactions utilizing CADIOS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Japan to optimize CADIOS for production cost management (Japanese fluency required).
• Lead the fixed asset inventory process.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to the annual budget planning process for labor and other operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
