Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

TOYOTI1 is seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our innovative team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in White, Georgia. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and enhancing our operational efficiency. Being fluent in Japanese is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost analysis and manage variances within CADIOS.
• Liaise with counterparts in Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead fixed asset inventory planning and execution.
• Collaborate with departments to evaluate ROI on new projects.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or related field).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
