Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Development Officer to join Enterprise Community Partners' team, where you will play a crucial role in fundraising and cultivating relationships with funders to support community development projects.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in Enterprise's mission and programs to shape fundraising strategies.
• Collaborate with program staff to articulate programming for funders.
• Develop customized fundraising strategies for new and existing funders.
• Cultivate relationships with diverse funders and manage funder interactions.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals, reports, and letters of inquiry.
• Create tailored funder proposals and impact reports with design support.
• Maintain accurate funder records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate and foundation fundraising experience.
• Proven record in securing 6-figure gifts.
• Bachelor's degree and strong writing skills required.
• Proficiency in grant writing, English grammar, and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
