Senior Engineering Manager - Civil

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Engineering Manager to join Moody and Associates, Inc.'s Civil Engineering team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for managing and designing technical activities related to land development plans for various clients in commercial, institutional, municipal, and energy sectors.

Job Purpose

The position entails managing tasks on multiple projects, developing proposals and qualifications, planning project activities, communicating project plans, coordinating with internal and external team members, mentoring staff, overseeing project monitoring and control, preparing project documentation, and more.

Competencies

We are looking for a highly energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, ability to apply diverse engineering principles, lead multiple projects, and resolve problems effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering license in PA, additional state licensures preferred.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with staff management experience.
• Expertise in site development; experience in related engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other relevant programs.
• Strong collaborative skills and work ethic.
• Compliance with safety, drug & alcohol policies; willingness to travel as needed.
