Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join Enterprise Community Partners as part of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's financial health and strategic business decisions through reporting, analysis, modeling, and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports, analyses, and models using tools such as Adaptive Planning, Excel, Power BI, and Workday.
  • Handle the configuration, design, and administration of the Adaptive Planning software platform.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-term planning, and associated reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Enhance the reporting capabilities of the FP&A team and platform.
  • Analyze business processes, report findings, and suggest improvements.
  • Perform variance analyses, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance/Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adaptive or similar planning systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience with large datasets, trend analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience with Workday Financials or ERP systems beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective project management abilities.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
