Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join Enterprise Community Partners as part of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's financial health and strategic business decisions through reporting, analysis, modeling, and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Create reports, analyses, and models using tools such as Adaptive Planning, Excel, Power BI, and Workday.
- Handle the configuration, design, and administration of the Adaptive Planning software platform.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-term planning, and associated reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Enhance the reporting capabilities of the FP&A team and platform.
- Analyze business processes, report findings, and suggest improvements.
- Perform variance analyses, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance/Accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Adaptive or similar planning systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with large datasets, trend analysis, and problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Experience with Workday Financials or ERP systems beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective project management abilities.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
